You can choose to cancel your order any time before your receive the parcel. If the cancellation happens after the dispatch of the order, the shipment charges will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be initiated once we receive the shipment

We offer our customers a fairly simple and easy return policy.

Return of your purchase can be initiated by writing an email to purplecompany89@gmail.com any time within 5 days from the time of delivery, clearly stating the reason of your return.

Return has to be shipped to us, by you. Return of the purchase to be shipped to the following address : PURPLE COMPANY, 213, United Industrial Estate, Mogul Lane, Mahim (West), Mumbai – 400016.

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not part of the refund. The entire cost of the product alone will be refunded.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item(s). We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The item(s) have to be in unused, undamaged and saleable condition. This is your responsibility.

The refund will be initiated once we recieve the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you either via Store Credit of the applicable amount, via the original method of payment or via NEFT.

You will receive the credit within 2 – 10 working days, depending on the banks involved. Store Credit is reflected on your registered www.purplecompany.in account instantly.

All complaints/claims regarding refunds have to be placed within 5 working days of order delivery. No inquiry shall be entertained if received beyond this time.

Some products due to their nature, are marked as “NON RETURNABLE PRODUCT”.  In such cases, the same will be displayed prominently on the product page. Purpe Co. will not accept return of these products irrespective of the reason of return. These products need to be purchased at the buyers risk.

For all returns, Purple Co. would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: There will be no return pick up for the wholesale customers. In case of returns, these customers would have to ship the products back to us at their cost. In case the product returns to us due to wrong address, Non availability of customer or rejection by customer, the upward and downward shiping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed with 2-5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment dispatches may be delayed by an extra working day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, whatsapp or telephone.

We ship all our courier orders using well established logistics partners.

The decision of using a particular courier company for a particular shipment is made by our resident dispatch team with experience of hundreds of shipments.

We do not offer confirmed next day delivery services.

We work on an average rate for shipping, most of products will be shipped according to volume , and not weight, our averaged weight rate card is as below :

Shipment weight of the product might vary from the actual weight of the product as the courier companies consider the volume and packaging weight to calculate the shipping charges.

The availability of above shipping options for a particular postal code is subject to serviceability by our courier partners. Locations for which the above shipping options are not available, ODA shipping options specific to those locations will be displayed at the time of checkout. The rates for shipping to ODA locations will be displayed at the time of checkout.

As the shippent companies charge by the weight slab of 500g/1000g, Total weight of your order will be rounded up to 500g/1000g.

For e.g.  If total weight of your cart is 374g, your shipping charge will be calculated for 500g. If total weight of your cart is 520g, your shipping charge will be calculated for 1000g.If total weight of your cart is 1774g, your shipping charge will be calculated for 2000g

There is also an economical option for bulk shipments above 25kg. The shipping cost ranges from Rs10/Kg to Rs 25/Kg based on the location. For awailing this option, please reach out to our support team.

Very rarely, it might take a little longer to deliver you order due to the below listed reasons.

> Limitation & unexpected delay from the courier partners to deliver to some locations
> Busy times, such as holiday periods and festive seasons
> Due to the nature of some of the products, we would have to rely on the surface transport which may take longer time
> The product fails the quality check at the packaging desk and have to source another piece to fulfill the order.
