Purplecompany.in is a B2B and B2C market place, primarily dealing with packaging items for food and edibles and food related products. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a try and return policy, like some of the regular retail marketplaces do. However, only if the product delivered is not as described, customers would have all the right to return the product. Following are the guidelines for such returns.
• Returns for item(s) are processed and accepted on a case-to-case basis.

• Returns have to be shipped to us by you.

• All returns have to be packed appropriately so that they are delivered in undamaged, usable and saleable condition.

• In some cases return costs have to borne by you, in other cases the company bears the costs.

• To be eligible for a return, you must have a genuine reason that was not validated at the time of shopping by the information on the website pertaining to the product(s).

• The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item(s) must be in the original packaging.

• The item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items on sale are not eligible for exchange, returns & refunds unless under exceptional circumstances which can only be determined by company executives.
